Eben Pagan was originally in direct marketing in San Diego as a real estate and mortgage broker. Then a friend demonstrated how successful he was at selling products online.
Inspired, Eben locked himself in his bedroom for three weeks straight, writing his first e-book entitled Double your Dating, and publishing it under the name of “David DeAngelo”. After finishing, he put it online and went to bed. The next morning he was shocked to see he already had a sale, then more sales followed, continuing to build momentum, growing his company. That little ebook quickly turned into a multi-million dollar a year virtual business that employs 75 people around the world.
The emails began coming in asking for business and marketing advice. People wanted him to teach them how to be successful starting and launching their own businesses. Eben’s business empire and success are based on his ability to find, research and create valuable products that are in high demand. Each product he has created is due to feedback he received from the market telling him what they wanted. This formula has served Eben well, as well as his likable nature and ability to teach other people. Many of his information products teach core business fundamentals, which is a testament to their enduring appeal and Eben’s continued success.
Eben spread out into other profitable niches, creating training videos, webinars, how-to guides, individual coaching sessions, and seminars.
