Let alone how we think and feel about what we’re thinking. If we’re going to have a chance at changing our patterns, first you must notice the pattern needs correction. The best way to be aware you may need to change a pattern of thought is to notice your feelings. Your feelings give you the insight into “the gap”. The place where you know what you’re thinking about what you’re thinking. Thereby knowing if you need to change your pattern.
